Terms of SaleWe make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you’ll be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Pink Paradox Shoes, please feel free to return your purchase in the same condition you received them in within 30 days of receiving your order along with your return slip.
Things to be aware when placing or returning your order:Any customers placing six or more items in one order are eligible for free Next Day delivery. Any orders less than six items will be sent via standard 48hr Royal Mail delivery unless Next Day delivery is specified and paid for. International shipping fees will apply. Free returns are available for UK mainland customers only. Any customers returning goods not in the UK Mainland are will need to pay for the return of goods. We advise recorded delivery to ensure no loss of goods. We will not credit lost or damaged returned goods. For any reason should this happen we would advise that you speak with the postal/carrier service you have used for your return. Should the parcel not reach us for any reason you will be able to make an easy claim with Royal mail or the delivery service you have used to send your return. Items returned damaged, marked, toe printed or packaging missing will be returned without any credit.
We advise that shoes are tried on indoors, on the carpet and preferably with a pop sock on to avoid any foot prints in the shoe. Handbags should be handled with just as much care to avoid a return to you without a credit. Some products having leather soles will mark if the product has been worn on hard surfaces, if the sole is worn the items will be deemed as an unacceptable return. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days after receiving your orders. Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you return the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed. Please ensure the returns form is enclosed in your package and note what you would like an exchange or a refund.
To help us process your return as soon as possible, please ensure the returns form is fully completed. Please ensure that your return is correctly packaged and not returned with any labels attached to the shoes box as we are unable to refund items where the original shoe box has been damaged or is missing. Purchases made with Pink Paradox Shoes Retail cannot be returned to any Pink Paradox Shoes outlets, stores, concessions or any other online retailer. Every effort has been made to display our products to true colour on the website and to ensure that products are displayed as accurately as possible. Please be aware that the colours of products can vary depending on how your monitor, phone or tablet is set. Please return your shoes in their original condition as they will be inspected upon return. Returns which are found to be faulty will be sent back. Once your goods are accepted back in to stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We will refund the card originally used for payment. Returns with no return information will not be held.

Cancelling order:It’s not too late to cancel your order, to cancel your order simply call us and request a cancellation on your order. You must call us before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is already dispatched you can return this to us within our 30 days return policy.
Making a change to your order:Once you have received your confirmation email, we cannot make any changes to your order. We advise that you review your orders before you complete your checkout for one final check.
Creating an account is not necessary, it just allows you to keep different delivery addresses, as well as. You won’t need one. We would like to make your ordering experience as easy as possible and will not require you to open or set up an account. Just simply place your order with us, make a payment for your items and we’ll do the rest.
Payments:Pink Paradox Shoes accepts the following cards for payment. Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. For security purposes and in the aid of preventing fraud the use of third parties may be required to validate your purchases with us. In these cases some orders may not be processed immediately.

Payments are processed immediately to avoid any unnecessary delay to your order; you will know that your order has been accepted once you receive an order confirmation
Refunds:All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and may take between 3-10 days to appear on your bank statement. You will be refunded to the same card which was used when placing your order with us. Please note that in circumstances where we cannot refund your card on our system, we will require to take card details over the phone to be able to refund you.
Promotion Codes:You can redeem your promotion code by entering your code in the promo code field in your basket and then click the ‘apply’ button. You can only use one promotion code per order.
Our SizingThe sizes of our shoes are in Euro format unless stated, all sizes are an approximate and we make every effort that they are accurate. If you are unsure about which EU size you may be, you will find a size conversion chart on every product page on the product specification dropdown.
Shipping to Northern IrelandPlease be aware that the cost of shipping items to Northern Ireland will cost £12.50 (via DPD). Returning an item to us is covered by the free returns policy via Royal Mail.
Order Confirmations:An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have supplied when placing your order. For any issues with order confirmations, for example if you do not receive one, or any information on your confirmation is incorrect, please email us with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you navigate away from or refresh our page during the payment system, your order will be automatically cancelled for safety reasons. If you are unsure if your order has gone through or not, please email us at email@example.com and we shall advise you.
Everything is subject to availability, our stock changes all the time so if your order is cancelled we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with more information about your order. Orders where items are not available will receive a full refund including any extra shipping & handling fees.
