You earn points on every purchase at paradoxlondon.com. You also earn for writing a review, following us on social media, referring a friend, and uploading proof of purchase from other retailers.
That depends on your tier. Pearl members earn 10 points per £1 spent. Sapphire members earn 12.5 points per £1. Diamond members earn 15 points per £1.
Yes. Upload your proof of purchase through your Paradox Rewards account and we will award you points at the same rate as if you had bought directly from us. The receipt must be dated within the last twelve months.
Any retailer — our website, John Lewis, and our other stockists. If your receipt shows a Paradox London product and is dated within the last twelve months, it qualifies.
You earn 100 points for a written review and a further 100 points if you add a photo. Reviews can be left on paradoxlondon.com.

We offer 500 points to welcome back any member who returns after six months away.
There are three: Pearl, Sapphire, and Diamond — named for the gemstones of the great wedding anniversaries. Pearl is the welcome tier, open to every member from the moment they join. Sapphire is reached at 1,500 qualifying points over a rolling twelve months. Diamond is reached at 4,000 qualifying points.
Your tier is based on qualifying points earned over the most recent twelve months. The window rolls with you, so it is always the last twelve months from today, not a fixed calendar year.
You keep your current tier for a three-month grace period. We will never remove your status without giving you time and notice first.
Sapphire members earn 12.5 points per £1 spent, receive a £10 birthday voucher, free standard delivery, and 48-hour early access to new launches and sale.
Diamond is our highest tier. Benefits include 15 points per £1, a £15 birthday voucher plus a gift, free standard and express delivery, 48-hour early access to launches and sale, and invitations to exclusive events.
Points convert to vouchers through your Paradox Rewards account. You can redeem from 1,000 points upwards.
The redemption ladder is: 1,000 points = £5 off, 2,000 points = £10 off, 3,000 points = £15 off, 4,000 points = £20 off, and 6,000 points = £40 off. The 6,000-point voucher offers the best rate per point, so it is worth saving if you can.
Points do expire. You will receive reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days before any points are due to lapse, so you have plenty of time to redeem them.
We send you a birthday voucher each year — £5 at Pearl, £10 at Sapphire, and £15 plus a gift at Diamond. Make sure your birthday is saved in your account so we can deliver it at the right time.
When a friend you refer spends £55 or more, you receive 1,500 points. Your friend receives a £15 voucher to welcome them.
Log in to your Paradox Rewards account and find your unique referral link. Share it with a friend and we will take care of the rest. Once they spend £55 or more, both rewards are applied automatically.
Yes — your balance is always visible in your Paradox Rewards account at paradoxlondon.com.
Log in to your Paradox Rewards account and select the proof of purchase option. Upload a photo or scan of your receipt. Once approved, points will be added to your balance within a few days.
Receipts must be dated within the last twelve months. Anything older than that will not qualify.
